California Tortilla presents its version of Cal-Mex cuisine, a fusion of Mexican and Californian-style favourites. The fast food brand originates from Maryland, America and brought the concept of quick and healthy dishes to the casual dining sector.
The first California Tortilla restaurant that opened overseas was in Qatar in 2013. Since then the franchise has expanded bringing a variety of salads, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more to the local dining scene.
The Wall of Flame is a unique homage to the power of ‘hot’ sauce, from mild to searingly hot! Any adventurous diners who are interested in trying out the hotter sauces will have to speak to the restaurant manager, and will be required to sign a a special waiver form before they are allowed to try the high heat level!
