IDAM, located on the fifth floor of MIA, has announced a limited menu showcasing the best of desert truffles.
Executive Chef Damien Leroux has introduced a limited edition menu to highlight the desert truffle season – this local delicacy is natural to Qatar’s desert region. The desert truffle menu will be available for one day only on March 15th at IDAM.
The 5-course Desert Truffle Menu celebrates the seasonal gem from the desert, the ‘Terfeziaceae’. Carefully selected ingredients combine to create fragrant and refined dishes such as the ‘Cookpot of lightly spicy vegetables’, and the ‘Confit lamb shoulder, truffle and bulgur’.
