Get ready Doha Foodies for the first ever Doha Burger Festival!

Running for four days this inaugural event brings together the Burger F&B community!

Burgers are big business in Qatar, and this festival is one big celebration of this love. Expect burgers in all shapes and sizes from your favourite brands, as well as some newcomers.

Quite cheekily the organisers have extended the definition of burgers so that they could bring in desserts from a brand we have mentioned before in our Summer Openings Feature:

Doha Burger Festival 

The event organisers expect it to be a family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities and events such as the Hot Wings Challenge which takes place on the 7th and 8th December.

This hot wings eating competition, hosted by Lord of the Wings, requires participants to register using this link.  Participants will be required to eat 8 chicken wings in 200 seconds, and then wait for 4minutes after eating to see if they can handle the spice! There are plenty of other rules too!

Taking a look at the burger stalls that are expected there is a good variety of brands form luxury hotels to smaller burger bars from outside of Doha. There will also be some homegrown Made in Qatar burger brands, as well as some new venues. So the Doha Burger Festival will definitely be a great place to check out some burgers you have heard about, and ones you have yet to try!
