It’s time for a Carnival!
UDC will be hosting a free four day festival at Qanat Quartier, one of Doha’s iconic landmarks. This colourful and scenic neighbourhood will host the public for a long weekend filled with fabulous street events reminiscent of Italy’s annual Venetian carnivals.
Experience the spirit of Qanat Qarnevale at The Pearl-Qatar
Qanat Qanervale starts Wednesday 31st January and will run until 3rd February 2018 (timings are 4:00pm – 9:00pm everyday). This magical festival will be held at Qanat Quarter, and is free for all residents and visitors.

Activities will held at various locations at Qanat Quarter and includes:
- game booths,
- retail kiosks,
- arcade games,
- laser shows,
- water taxi rides,
- 3D floor painting,
- graffiti and caricature arts,
- outdoor cinema,
- and stage performances.
Qanat Quartier is known for its pedestrian-friendly squares and plazas that have imbued Venetian-like experience to the Pearl. It’s a charming location with plenty of waterfront cafes and restaurants set in vibrant and colourful promenades.

WHERE TO PARK: Qanat Quarter is a pedestrian-only area, and has parking available. Visitors to the area can also park in the visitor’s parking at Porto Arabia and call for a FREE paiggio or car/limo service!
