Maison Du Pain

The translation of Maison Du Pain literally means the house of bread, and that’s exactly what lies at the heart of this Qatari cafe. The owners were inspired by French artisan bakeries. As such they wanted to bring a touch of the Continent to Qatar by creating their own homage to European baked goods and breads.

Maison Du Pain house baker is onsite everyday from the early hours of the morning to mix, knead and bake a variety of fresh loaves, rolls, and pastries everyday! Breads include French baguettes, brioche, wholemeal bread, focaccia, walnut bread and the popular olive bread.

If you are looking for an artisan bread then this is the spot to check out. Our tip is for you to call them before visiting to find out what breads are available. If you have a regular request for  bread you may also be able to arrange a special order to be made for you.
