It’s a mixed bunch for Qatar Eating’s ‘Where To Eat This Weekend’ Feature.
The last weekend before Eid Al-Adha Festivities brings our focus to some of the local food currently on offer. We also have a few Buffet options, and some weekend eats and treats. And we have tracked down the elusive Yellow Beast again!

‘We’ Cafe (@we_na7no), Doha Exhibition Center
‘Many Talents, One Kitchen’ is the motto behind this fantastic initiative by a local organisation. Their ethos is to share Qatari cuisine made by local home-based businesses – the cafe is completely run by Qatari locals from the management to the cooks. The cafe is only at the venue for a short time period and will be relocating soon, so catch them this weekend and enjoy a variety of food from Chicken Majboos, to sweet crepes and fruity beverages.
Open from 9.00am to 9.00am daily excluding Fridays.
They also offer Breakfast Trays for delivery to the local area between 9.20am and 11.00am.

Doha Marriott

Sukar Pasha, Katara
Located in Katara Cultural Village, Sukar Pasha is decorated in regal Ottoman-style furnishings and offers traditional Turkish fare. They have some fantastic Breakfast options for those of you looking for a light meal with fresh ingredients and vibrant flavours.
They currently have a Turkish Breakfast Tray for 2 people (priced at QR120) including a selection of assorted cheese, olives, dried fruits, nuts and fresh Turkish bread baked in their ovens. They also have Pide, Red Lentil Soup, and Turkish pastries available.

Breddy Ice Cream, Dar Al Salam Mall
Breddy Ice Cream is a firm favourite with flavours ranging from mango to kiwi – all made with fresh fruits. Their kiosk is located in the Food Court of Dar Al Salam Mall, but they are planning to open a branch on the First floor of Ezdan Mall in the future.
Currently you can also enjoy Breddy and Gharissa Ice Cream at the Eid Trade Fair until September 22nd at Qatar Tourism Authority Exhibition Center. Opening Times from Sat to Thur 10.00am – 10.00pm and Fri 1.00pm – 11.00pm.
